About Di

Di is a certified yoga instructor whose extensive teaching experience encompasses various styles, including Vinyasa, Yin both on a mat or on a chair, Gentle Yoga, Regular Chair Yoga, and Hot Vinyasa.

She shares her knowledge and passion for yoga at a variety of venues, including retreats, cancer recovery groups, workshops, private studios, and the YMCA, making her classes accessible to a diverse audience. Remarkably, her students range widely in age, with the youngest being just 8 years old and the oldest at an inspiring 90.

Di firmly believes that the transformative effects of consistent yoga practice can enhance the well-being of individuals in ways they might not have imagined, fostering not only physical strength and flexibility but also mental clarity and emotional balance.

Additionally, Di’s students have shared stories of improved overall health and for some, a deepening of their Spirituality.
